Day, ummm... 1, I guess

BREAKFAST
- A little too much coffee
  (2 cups and milk and sugar)
- 2 eggs
SNACK
- Some chips and salsa/guac
LUNCH
- 1/2 a Monkey House Cafe sandwitch
- Strawberry Iced Tea
DINNER
- Shrimp stir fry and brown rice
- Diet Dr. Pepper

Today has not been too bad!

I received my iPod and more today!!! I got the iPod set up and was playing around with the fitness portion and it asked how much I weigh. I guessed around 140, so I weighed myself. My scale, which I want to be broken (it kinda is) said I weighed 151! I can't believe it. It can't all be muscle from my month of P90X :(... This sucks!

Well, I was thinking of doing the Fat Flush and running/P90X.
I guess that will be my plan.
I will track it here.

I hate being addicted to food :(

The Revelation...

Tax season is always hard! There are ALWAYS snacks in the office, and they are so hard to resist.

Kyle and I had started doing P90X. I was doing well, but I started gaining too much muscle, I don't need it any more!!! So, my idea was to start running again, and mix in some P90X.

But this didn't last long as the end of tax season neared and I started stressing more again. And now... I feel horrible. I want to be healthy, I want to feel beautiful. I want so much, but it is just so hard. I know what I have to do, the hard part is doing it!

I MUST trust in my Father... he will take care of me
I MUST stop eating when I don't need to
I MUST make my happiness a priority
